I have to say I was skeptical, wondering what I would learn in this course that I couldn’t ask other moms. Well to my surprise the topics covered are not those that come up in day to day conversations with new moms. I learned so much valuable information I couldn’t believe it -- a lot of stuff that is never talked about but really should be. You need to take care of yourself first in order to care for your baby. Knowing what to expect and how to tackle each situation with proper tools is priceless. I feel so more confident going into the postpartum phase than I did prior to taking this class.
